We proposed a business plan as part of Mondelez Maestros Challenge hosted for all the prominent B-schools in the country.
Problem Statement
Mondelez needs to diversify and strengthen its market presence in the rapidly expanding Modern Trade and E-commerce channels in India to remain competitive and capitalize on new growth opportunities
Objective
To identify actionable strategies and initiatives that Mondelez can implement to effectively penetrate and dominate the modern trade and e-commerce channels in India, leveraging its established cold chain infrastructure to create a sustainable competitive advantage.
